Hi, I'm Matt and I have been making cupcakes and they turned out pretty well. When we were making the icing the food colouring slipped out that's why they're so green that's why we called them Shrek cupcakes.
What colour would you make them?

Oh my goodness Matt! These look amazing, so green and so very Shrek like! Did they taste fantastic? I love making cupcakes, but mine are very boring plain old chocolate chip ones! I think I would try orange or some really out there colour!! Infact I might just do that. Thanks for the great idea. Keep up the posting :)
